What Houston is searching at 2 a.m. — and what we're answering on stage

Four hours. Every question
you've been told to live with

Most women see three or more doctors before anyone says the word perimenopause. Second Spring is Houston's premier menopause summit — a half-day of education, solutions, and support on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at the Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria, hosted by OsteoStrong.

Sessions cover hormone replacement therapy, bone density, pelvic floor health, and how to navigate the symptoms most women are told to simply live with. On the floor, more than twenty Houston clinics, therapists, dietitians, studios, and brands built for this decade of life — many of them booking appointments the same morning.

Houston practices

Twenty hand-picked vendors: hormone therapy replacement clinics, pelvic floor and physical therapy, bone density scanning, breast health, nutrition, Pilates, and boutique brands built for women 40 to 65.

Strength that lasts

Hosted by OsteoStrong, Houston's bone-building hub. Bone loss accelerates sharply in the first years after menopause — and it's the one symptom you can't feel happening.
