Beyond Symptom Management

Functional medicine's approach to the menopause transition: looking for underlying causes rather than managing symptoms one at a time, and what that means for hormone care.

Break — walk the floor

Pelvic Floor Health

SPEAKER TBA

A short session on what pelvic floor changes look like in midlife and what can be done about them.

Stress, Hormones, and Healing

Stress, the nervous system, and emotional wellbeing through the transition — and why the physical and psychological symptoms of this stage are harder to separate than they look.

Break — walk the floor

The Partner's Perspective

SPEAKER TBA

A short session for the friends and family in the room — and for the women who brought them.

The Basics of Pelvic Floor Health

Bladder leakage, prolapse, painful sex, recurrent UTIs. A board-certified urogynecologist and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner on the symptoms women are least likely to raise and most likely to be told are simply part of aging.

Break — walk the floor

Bone Health After Menopause

SPEAKER TBA

Why bone changes faster during this stage than any other, and what a baseline scan tells you.

Compounded Hormones, Explained

What compounded hormone therapy actually is, how it differs from standard prescriptions, and the questions worth asking your prescriber before you start.

Break

Closing Panel — All Speakers

Dr. Mila McManus · Tracy Southwick · Dr. Christi Pramudji Dawe · Bryana Burken

Every speaker on stage together, taking questions from the floor. If a question didn't get answered earlier in the morning, this is where to ask it.

Every main session runs twenty minutes with ten minutes of audience questions afterward. Short mini sessions sit between them, and the morning closes with all four speakers on stage together taking questions from the floor. Floor time is built into the schedule across three breaks, so the exhibitor hall isn't something you have to skip a session for.

Program subject to change. Confirmed speakers and final talk titles are announced by email first.

How the morning works

A few things worth knowing before you arrive.

Learn from experts

Four main-stage sessions from clinicians who treat menopause every day — hormone therapy, pelvic floor health, the mind-body connection, and bone health.

Ask your questions

Every session includes ten minutes of audience Q&A, and the morning closes with all four speakers on stage together taking questions from the floor.

Connect with resources

Fifty minutes of exhibitor floor time is built into the schedule, so you can meet Houston practices, ask what they do, and leave knowing who to call.

Reserve your seat

Limited seats, first come first served. Every ticket includes all main-stage sessions, the closing panel, and full access to the exhibitor floor.

Tickets from $49
