Who is this event for?
Women in perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause. Most attendees are between 40 and 65, but there's no age requirement — if you've started wondering whether something you're feeling is hormonal, you're the right audience.
Friends and family are welcome, and one short session is written specifically for the people supporting their loved one through their journey.
What's included with my ticket?
Every ticket includes all main-stage sessions, the closing panel, and full access to the exhibitor floor.
VIP adds reserved seating in the first three rows, priority in every Q&A, an invitation to the VIP roundtable, catered lunch, and a gift bag.
Do I have to be there for the whole four hours?
Not at all. The program runs 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM with three breaks built in for the exhibitor floor. Come for the sessions that matter most to you and step out whenever you like.
Can I get medical advice or a prescription at the event?
No. Second Spring is educational. Several exhibiting practices offer consultations and same-day appointment booking, but no diagnosis or prescribing takes place at the summit itself.
