EXHIBITORS

Who you'll meet at Second Spring

Houston practices and studios working with women in midlife — on the floor all morning, ready to talk, and easy to reach afterward.

The exhibitor floor is open the full morning, Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria. Fifty minutes of floor time is built into the program across three breaks, so you can have real conversations rather than squeezing them in.

Sessions cover hormone replacement therapy, bone density, pelvic floor health, and the symptoms most women are told to simply live with. On the floor, more than twenty Houston clinics, therapists, dietitians, studios, and brands built for this decade of life.

BONE HEALTH

STRENGTH

OsteoStrong

RECOVERY

Bone changes faster around menopause than at any other point in adult life, and usually without warning. OsteoStrong centers offer osteogenic loading sessions — brief, low-impact sessions designed around skeletal loading — alongside recovery modalities including red light therapy, vibration, compression, and hydromassage.

Sessions take about fifteen minutes and are done once a week. Come by the booth to ask what a session actually involves, or book a free one at any of the three Greater Houston centers below.
