THE SUMMIT
Why we built Houston's menopause summit
One Saturday morning, twenty-plus Houston practices, and a room full of women asking the questions nobody answered the first time.
Evidence-based menopause care, in one room
Second Spring is Houston's menopause summit — a half-day of education, solutions, and support for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
Houston has no shortage of skilled practitioners who treat this stage well. Second Spring brings them together for a morning of evidence-based sessions — hormone therapy, bone density, pelvic floor health, and the symptoms most women are told to simply live with — with time to ask questions and walk out knowing practical next steps.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Who it's for, what's included, what to bring, and whether you need to stay the whole morning.
Who it's for
Most attendees are between 40 and 65 — but the honest answer is broader than that.
You're in it
Whether you're 42 and wondering why nothing adds up, or well past your last period and still looking for answers. Perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause are all on the program.
You're getting close
Nothing has changed yet, but you'd rather know what's coming than be surprised by it. Bone health in particular rewards planning ahead.
You're supporting someone
Partners, friends, and adult daughters are welcome, and a short session is dedicated to the people alongside. Clinicians who want to serve midlife women better are welcome too.
